Founded by Zemi Stewart in 2018, Heaven Sent Her (HSH) was birthed as a detail-oriented, service-driven brand specializing in day-of wedding coordination, bridal coaching, and bridal wellness. For years, HSH had the honor of walking alongside brides during one of the most sacred milestones of their lives, ensuring not only a beautiful wedding day, but also laying a foundation for a healthy, God-centered marriage. We built our reputation on exceptional service, deep intentionality, and truly going above and beyond our call of duty.

As the vision has matured, so has the assignment.

In 2025, Heaven Sent Her pivoted from weddings to helping Christian visionaries birth God-given events, gatherings, and assignments. Just as we once stewarded wedding days with care, precision, and prayer, we now bring that same anointing to conferences, retreats, workshops, and purpose-driven experiences.

At the core of Heaven Sent Her is a commitment to help Christian event visionaries birth what God has entrusted to them.

Our Event Strategy Sessions are complimentary, spirit-led consultations designed to bring clarity and direction to your event vision. During this session, we walk through the areas that matter most to you in the planning process, which may include programming, funding and pricing strategy, attendee experience, intercessory covering, or any pressing questions currently on your heart.

This is a space to be seen, heard, and supported by someone who understands both the spiritual weight, financial obligation and logistical responsibility of stewarding an event.

Our Strategy Packages

If the initial session just wasn’t enough, and you’d like dedicated strategy and support as you plan your event, a package is for you. Each package is designed to meet you where you are in the planning process, offering clarity, accountability, and hands-on guidance without overwhelm.

Clarity Package (6 weeks of support)

Designed for visionaries in the early or conception stage who need clarity, confirmation, and a clear path forward.

This package focuses on refining your event vision, aligning it with purpose, and establishing a feasible plan of action. Together, we assess scope, structure, and priorities so you can move forward with confidence and peace.

Includes:
✔ Weekly or bi-weekly strategy sessions (as determined)
✔ Direct access to Zemi via Voxer for questions and voice notes between sessions
✔ Planning resources and frameworks as needed
✔ Post-partum debrief session to reflect on execution, outcomes, and lessons learned

Best for: First-time hosts, small gatherings, or visionaries seeking confirmation before deeper investment.

Investment: $280 (or two payments of $150)

Cultivation Package (3 months of support)

Designed for visionaries actively preparing to execute who need consistent guidance, accountability, and spiritual covering. This package supports the nurturing phase where the vision is growing and structure matters. We work together to strengthen planning, decision-making, and execution readiness while protecting your capacity.

Includes:
✔ Bi-weekly strategy and planning sessions (increasing to weekly as needed)
✔ Direct access to Zemi via Voxer for ongoing questions, voice notes, and prayer support
✔ Planning templates and customized recommendations
✔ Post-partum debrief session to reflect on execution, outcomes, and lessons learned

Best for: Conferences, retreats, workshops, or recurring events with multiple moving parts.

Investment: $520 (or three payments of $175)

Stewardship Package (6 months of support)

Designed for visionaries carrying large, complex, or recurring assignments who desire full-scale partnership from conception through completion. This is Heaven Sent Her’s most comprehensive offering, providing long-term strategic and spiritual support.

Includes:

✔ Customized planning timeline and milestone tracking
✔ Priority access to Zemi via Voxer for real-time questions, voice notes, and check-ins
✔ Planning templates and customized recommendations

Best for: Large-scale events or multi-city experiences.

Investment: $960 (or four payments of $250)

ADD ON: In-person Coordination

In-Person Event Coordination is an optional add-on to any of our packages. This service provides hands-on presence during your event to help ensure the vision is executed with excellence, peace, and intentional oversight.
